Key Modules of VSIC-ERP

VSIC-ERP comprises: 14 subsystems – with a strong focus on 4 core modules
- Production Management (BOM/BOR/MW, scheduling, costing)
- Warehouse & Materials Management (Just-in-Time)
- Finance – Accounting (integrated production costing)
- Real-time Reporting & Dashboards
The following are some basic illustrative images introducing the core features and characteristics of VSIC-ERP. Additional features and detailed explanations will be presented in the upcoming Demo session.
Module “Order Receipt”.
- Order Receipt: This is where all transactions for receiving orders, signing contracts, and approving orders for production preparation take place. We will not delve into details here but review a few key interfaces:

- Resource Preparation: This is the section where the enterprise carries out detailed product designs according to each order, prepares the necessary machinery, raw materials, and manpower to ensure the production process runs continuously, efficiently, and without interruptions due to shortages.

- With such “Standard Design Specifications,” the enterprise will obtain appropriate BOM, BOR, and MW standards, enabling us to proceed with production planning in the subsequent module.

- Just-in-Time for materials and tools across the entire receipt/issue warehouse process: “Right time, right place, right quantity.”
- Thus, all detailed information on materials (via BOM), machine costs (via MW), and labor costs (via BOR) is managed accurately and tightly—this forms the foundation for controlling material costs, semi-finished product costs, and finished product costs…

- VSIC-ERP, through a number of specialized features, enables enterprises to quickly generate material-related plans without consuming much time. We can discuss this content in greater detail when diving deeper if you wish.

Planning Module:
- We now enter the core of VSIC-ERP. As presented in the introduction section, your enterprise will now access what can be considered the essence of this software. We are delighted to introduce to you the Preliminary Schedule Planning and the Preliminary Schedule Check Report.

- With the enterprise’s management selections, we prepare for the first run of the Preliminary Schedule Planning, as shown in the image below. Additional features allow the enterprise to further expand capabilities to meet specific, detailed requirements unique to the business, as you can see in the image below:
This Preliminary Schedule (What-if) can be simulated multiple times (n times) until the enterprise is satisfied with the selected production schedule for execution.

- Each time the Preliminary Schedule Planning is run, the enterprise receives a Preliminary Schedule Check Report. This report serves as advisory feedback for you, providing insights into the feasible schedule that can be achieved if you select the input factors as assumed.

- Resource Planning: This is a unique design aimed at tightly interconnecting all production and machining information within the enterprise, like perfectly meshed gears, ensuring that nothing deviates from your management decisions.

The Unique Difference of VSIC-ERP – Not Just Software, but a True Strategic Partner
After witnessing numerous other ERP systems fail to win over Vietnamese users—due to complicated interfaces, prolonged implementation, costly customization, lack of deep industry understanding for mechanical manufacturing, and unmeasurable results—VSIC-ERP stands out with a completely different philosophy: Do It Smart! — Intelligent yet simple, effective yet affordable.
Below are the 10 key differences that will intrigue anyone who has been disappointed with other ERPs and make them eager to experience VSIC-ERP right away:
- Custom-designed specifically for Vietnam’s precision mechanical manufacturing and machining – from multi-level BOMs, stringent technical tolerances to FDI on-time delivery pressure of 99%+.
- Vietnamese-friendly interface, intuitive and ready-to-use from day one – no need for months of training like many foreign ERPs.
- Real-time MRP + sudden material shortage alerts reduced to under 5% – no more machine stoppages due to “forgotten” reserves.
- Real-time OEE monitoring per machine/shift, integrated with preventive maintenance – increasing OEE by 10–15% within just 6 months.
- Automatic bidirectional batch traceability – resolving FDI complaints in 24 hours instead of weeks.
- Mobile app for operators to record completion and report machine errors – eliminating notebooks and manual data entry.
- Real-time cycle count & bin location – reducing inventory discrepancies by 80–90%, without halting production for stocktaking.
- Financial dashboard & gross profit per production order – leadership gains immediate visibility into which products are profitable or loss-making.
- Fast deployment with minimal customization (based on mechanical industry best practices) – Go-Live in 6–10 months instead of 18–24 months.
- Measurable results & ROI commitment – OTD ≥95%, inventory reduced 20–30%, gross profit increased 8–15% – proven in real-world implementations.

This is the first time a system truly understands and partners with Vietnamese mechanical enterprises.
Do It Smart! – Not just another tries, but an experience that changes everything forever. Are you ready to explore?
